In this low-fidelity dystopia, you sit at a corporate terminal processing insurance claims for the sick and dying. Every denial increases our CEO's wealth. Every approval comes out of your paycheck.

THE JOB PERKS:

• The Human Element: Analyze medical documents, X-rays, and blood work to find legal loopholes for denial.
• The Wealth Gap: Watch the CEO's Wealth rise by thousands every time you reject a claim while you struggle to pay your bills.
• Mandatory Morale: Enjoy uncloseable "Pizza Party" pop-ups as a reward for reducing costs.
• Digital Decay: The interface is clean, but the patients are rotting. The longer you stare at the files, the more the data corrupts.

This is a PROTOTYPE! Expect bugs, placeholder assets, and unpolished mechanics. Feedback on the atmosphere and any game feature is highly appreciated! A whole playthrough takes around ~20 minutes.

TECHNICAL & ASSET DISCLOSURE

• Visuals: Character portraits and medical scans were generated using AI as a base, then processed through a custom "Digital Decay" pipeline (dithering, posterization, and downscaling) to simulate the corrupted aesthetic of legacy corporate software.
• Code & Text: Development was assisted by LLMs for scripting complex shaders and drafting bureaucratic dialogue.
